The Magick of Mindfulness is a transformative full-day workshop with Yogacharini Maitreyi designed to deepen self-awareness, emotional resilience, and embodied presence. Through mindfulness practices, breathwork, yogic wisdom, and experiential exercises, participants will explore practical tools for stress management, inner alignment, and conscious living.
