In this session: Maitreyi will guide you through Arkaya Tantra Yoga practices to heal, expand and harmonize the heart. Release trauma and betrayals using simple somatic, breath, mental and energetic processes.

Yogacharini Maitreyi has been teaching around the world for 30 years. She has received many formal titles in India from her gurus and government. She was one of the youngest to be invited to the board of the World Yoga Council in Europe and has over 100 published articles. She has trained over 80 organizations in self-mastery and stress-management.
