This cross-cultural dialogue invites us to remember that the roots of true well-being are woven through history, land, and spirit.
Speakers:
Chief Reuben George is an environmental and spiritual leader, Sundance Chief of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation, and internationally recognized for his advocacy to protect Indigenous lands and waters.

In this deep and restorative session, Yogacharini Maitreyi and Ross McKeachie discuss the impact of colonization on India’s indigenous yogic traditions and the broader global context. They will unpack the nuances of yoga, tantra, and the allied life sciences, offering insight into reclaiming and honoring these teachings. The event includes a guided full-spectrum mindfulness practice to support personal and collective healing.
