Heal through the nuances of conscious movement, breath & energy practices, cathartic sound, correct pronunciation and toning of mantra, and other tools from the traditions of South India. Learn to prepare the body and mind for meditation rather than forcing or suffering silence and stillness. 

This exploration of mindful movement (physical and pranic), mantra and meditation will open and heal all the prana naadis (energy flows). It will also release trauma stored in the body.

KARMA, DHARMA, SWADHARMA, & SANATHANA DHARMA: Finding Harmony in Relationship to Self, Others and the Cosmos

This workshop offers a 60 minute talk and Q&A where you will learn about the different kinds of Karma, how they impact you and how to shift them for the better.

During the practice portion of the workshop, you will learn kriya and other tools in the yogic repertoire to realign with harmony. You will also learn many practices from traditional Tantra (pronounced thunthra) to clear blocked energy and heal the system.
