The Foundations for Life course is offered through Teachable, our online learning platform and we will send you the information to create your account and sign into the Arkaya online school. This info will be sent to you one week before the start of the course.

Please note that the live Q&A sessions via Zoom with Yogacharini Maitreyi & those enrolled in the Arkaya Foundations Program take place every month from 11 AM to 12:30 PM PST on the announced date.
